Don’t let the Parade of Homes pass you by!
Owning a home is the American Dream. Home ownership has been the topic of books and movies, and countless discussions. It has found its way into some meaningful quotes, too. Among them:
“A house is made of wall and beams; a home is built with love and dreams.” – Anonymous
“There’s no place like home.” – L. Frank Baum
“Home is the nicest word there is.” – Laura Ingalls Wilder
The sentiments shared above are what make the Parade of Homes event such a long-standing tradition and eagerly anticipated destination. It caters to people in search of a home, and those renovating or seeking design inspiration.
You’re invited to spend three weekends — September 11 – 27, 2026 — discovering everything home-related, touring 33 homes and connecting with local builders and tradespeople. There’s no better way to discover what’s possible for you, from how much home you can afford to finding a neighborhood you can see yourself living in, or simply making the most of the home you live in.

A range of homes on the Front Range
Homes on the Parade of Homes map range from $465,000 to $4.1 million, scattered across El Paso and Teller counties. Featured neighborhoods include Wolf Ranch, Meridian Ranch, and Flying Horse North.
Purchase your non-refundable ticket to Parade for $18 each online (attendees 15 years old and under are free), for unlimited entry into Parade homes during event hours and tour your favorites as many times as you like! New this year
The Parade “formula” has been “tried and true” for more than seven decades, but the HBA is not one to rest on its laurels! In 2026:
- See a student home build on Sept. 12-13. The modular home was built to bring hands-on training to the next generation of construction professionals during their class training at Patriot Hight School, with the assistance of the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs and Careers in Construction Colorado (CICC). From framing to finishes, students gained real-world experience working alongside industry mentors. The 1,200-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was inspected through Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.
- Experience Hub Site Pop-ups (9:30-11:30 a.m.) with local vendors Red Herring Coffee and Tom’s Waffles giving out a free coffee and/or waffle to the first people arriving with parade ticket in-hand!
- September 12 — Meridian Ranch, sponsored by Meridian Ranch, featuring homes from Tralon Homes, Hi-Point Home Builders and Stoneybrooke Homes.
- September 19 — Wolf Ranch, sponsored by David Weekley, Empire Homes and Toll Brothers, all featuring homes in the Parade of Homes.
- September 26 — Flying Horse Norse, sponsored by Flying Horse North and Classic Homes, featuring homes from Classic Homes, Vantage Homes, and Alliance Builders.
Sounds like an enticing way to tour the homes in these neighborhoods, get information and answers to any questions you may have for the vendors and builders onsite, as well as enjoy the live entertainment provided!
- For those interested in working directly with the HBA member trades during your Parade tour, ticketholders will have access to them through the new Parade Trade Directory, featuring local industry professionals ready to make your home dreams come to life.
