Enjoy a variety of meat and oysters from 4-8 p.m. Sept. 13 at the Snowmass Boucherie & Oyster Fest at Viceroy Snowmass, Lift Line pool deck, 130 Wood Road, Snowmass Village. The event will benefit the Wildfire Collaborative Roaring Fork Valley.

Stations featuring food and drink from Matt Zubrod, Edgar Hernandez, Keith Theodore, Will Nolan, Barclay Dodge and the team from Aspen Elevated Catering will offer a whole pig roast, oyster raw bar and oysters Rockefeller, Colorado wagyu steak, Viceroy Snowmass fall vegetables, salads, sides and pastries, wines from Terravin Cellars, food from Bosq Restaurant, kielbasa and oyster stew.
