A man is in the hospital after a shooting unfolded near Memorial Park Wednesday night, Colorado Springs police confirmed.

The shooting happened in the 300 block of South Hancock Avenue at about 9:15 p.m., according to the Police Department. Officers found the man with at least one non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the torso when they arrived.

Police said all involved parties have been identified, but an arrest has not been made.

The shooting occurred inside a residence after a “disturbance” in the living room, police said.

The identity of the suspect has not been provided.
