While channel-surfing, I would occasionally stumble across Fox’s “Doc,” usually at the end of an episode. I got hooked enough that i sought it out on streaming to actually see a whole episode — or more. “Doc” features Molly Parker as Dr. Amy Larsen, whose memories of the last eight years are wiped away by a car accident. And what an eight years those were, including a devastating tragedy and the end of her marriage. While Larsen works to regain her memories, she displays a talent for diagnosing patients that rivals Dr. Gregory House in “House.” Catch season one on Netflix, season two on Hulu and the upcoming season three on Fox. — Bill Radford, Springs Scene
