A woman is under investigation after she was caught distributing porn involving an underage girl and an older man, police said.

Savannah Nicole Barnett, 21, of Colorado Springs, had been communicating with a 15-year-old girl for an unknown amount of time, according to her arrest affidavit.

In interviews with investigators the underage girl said Barnett had picked her up to hang out with her, a 20-year-old male, and another male in July of 2023 and provided them all with alcohol instead of water. After going to a movie and getting food they traveled to a park and Barnett parked the car.

The 15-year-old girl said Barnett and one of the males left the car and she and the 20-year-old male ended up talking which led to sexual intercourse. She said she felt intoxicated and later noticed during the intercourse that the man was filming them on a phone and she asked him to stop recording.

She told detectives with the Colorado Springs Police Department that Barnett got ahold of the video and started posting it over social media platforms. According to the affidavit, Barnett also messaged her Facebook friends pictures of the underage girl’s genitalia.

When the underage girl confronted Savannah about the video and photos she denied sending them out. Barnett also denied distributing the content when police asked her in an interview.

Barnett was arrested on Jan. 21 on suspicion of felony sexual exploitation of a child and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She had a court appearance Jan. 22 at 1:30 p.m. and remains in El Paso County Jail with no bond as of Wednesday afternoon.
