Original art can be unobtainable, financially speaking. Art for All at Platte Furniture is a good way to grow your collection and support local artists. Saturday’s free event, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., will feature works by more than 15 artists, including Al B. Johnson, Carol Dickerson, Michelle Bracewell, Lucy Terzis and Poor Teacher Pottery. Prices start at about $20. It’s at 2331 Platte Place; 719-633-7309, plattefurniture.com. — Jennifer Mulson, The Gazette
