The Academy School District 20 Board of Education is hosting an event April 13 to hear from parents and community members.Coffee with the board is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. April 13 at the Academy District 20 Education and Administration Center, 1110 Chapel Hills Drive.The one-hour event will focus on the district Ends Statement: “All students will have the knowledge, skills, and the character necessary for successful transition to the next level and upon graduation will be fully prepared for success.”Comments and suggestions will be collected, and summarized to be posted on the district website. Board members will use the input at their annual retreat in June.“The voices of the community are important to us, so please join us and invite others to do likewise,” said board President Linda Van Matre.
