Client appreciation event highlights Fletcher Team’s national real estate recognition

Boot Barn Hall became the site of a large-scale client appreciation celebration hosted by a Monument-based real estate group, of which the last two years has exponentially grown its outreach to the communities it serves.

The group’s efforts have culminated into state and national rankings.

More than 1,000 clients, friends and community supporters gathered June 6 at Boot Barn Hall in Colorado Springs for The Fletcher Team & Associates’ annual client appreciation celebration, an event which took on added significance as the real estate team earned recognition among the top-producing real estate organizations in the United States.

The celebration came as The Fletcher Team & Associates with eXp Realty was named to the 2026 RealTrends Verified + Tom Ferry The Thousand rankings, an annual list recognizing the nation’s highest-performing residential real estate agents and teams based on transaction sides and sales volume.

The team ranked No. 1 in Colorado in both transaction sides and sales volume after recording 540 transaction sides and $311.7 million in sales volume. Nationally, the team placed No. 31 for transaction sides and No. 36 for sales volume, putting it among the top real estate teams in the country.

While the rankings represent a major accomplishment, team leaders said the June 6 client appreciation celebration was focused on recognizing the people who contributed to that success.

“The party is really just a celebration of all the clients and all the great people that we have the opportunity to work with every year,” said Brendan Burns, a team leader with The Fletcher Team. “Our client appreciation party gets to be over a thousand people every single year, and that really speaks volumes about the amazing amount of support that we have within our own community that we’re so thankful for.”

The annual event has become one of the largest client appreciation gatherings in the region, bringing together homeowners, buyers, local business owners and community members from throughout the Front Range.

Founded in Monument, The Fletcher Team serves buyers and sellers throughout the Front Range, including Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Teller County, Park County, Boulder, Arvada, Parker and Fort Collins. The team specializes in seller representation, luxury homes, relocation services, new construction, first-time homebuyers, investment properties, land transactions and estate properties.

The Fletcher Team is no stranger to industry recognition. Burns said the organization has consistently ranked among the top-performing teams within eXp Realty, but recent growth and operational changes helped elevate the group into the upper tier of real estate teams nationwide.

“We’ve been one of the top eXp teams for years nationally,” Burns said. “We just doubled down over the last year or two, and because of that, we’ve been able to finally get up there in the national rankings.”

Burns said the strategy involved strengthening the team’s presence in its home market while simultaneously expanding into new communities throughout Colorado.

“We continue to double down here in the Town of Monument because it really is our home base,” he said.

Burns said the commitment has helped the team maintain a strong presence in the Tri-Lakes area, and team member Lauren Trent continues to rank among the area’s leading real estate professionals. The organization consistently carries one of the largest inventories of active listings in the region, he said.

“We have people representing us in Pueblo. We have people representing us in Teller and Park County. We have people representing us up in Boulder, over to Arvada, down into Parker,” Burns said. “We’re thrilled for all the support.

“Our rankings aren’t just statewide, they’re not just nationally. They are not just eXp; it’s everybody all together, all around the country. That’s primarily because of the great clients and customers that we have.”

Everything you need to know about the Colorado Renaissance Festival

As the royal court strolls through the streets, the smell of roasting turkey legs larger than villagers’ forearms fills the air.  Maybe it’s the sight of a pirate drinking from a tankard or a blacksmith forging metal by hand, but all clues point to one revelation: You’re no longer in the 21st century.  Beyond the […]

As number of unaffiliated voters grow in Colorado, experts note patterns, behavior

For the first time in Colorado’s history, more primary ballots are going to voters without a party affiliation than to registered Democrats or Republicans. As such, political experts said, candidates today need to appeal to a new block of people — unaffiliated voters are not monolithic in their political views — who have begun to […]
